Reason: Termination of Business Relationship and Blacklisting due to Financial Fraud

We have recently discovered that the Mr. PRAVEEN KUMAR SHERON and his consultancy ONE POINT EDUCATION CONSULTANCY has engaged in fraudulent activities. ONE POINT EDUCATION CONSULTANCY has misrepresented services, misled clients, and ultimately taken their money without providing any tangible deliverables. This act of deception and financial misconduct is a serious violation of business ethics and cannot be tolerated.

and his consultancy have collected fees and admission charges from parents in the past but they have not submitted any fees in the University for admission. He and his consultancy, which issituated in Gurugram, India. SKMA has not authorized him and his consultancy for any recruitment of international studentsin university on behalf of academy and hence any admission taken up by them will not get recruited at SKMA. Any parent or student, who will deal with him and his consultancy for admission in SKMA, will be self-responsible for any financial fraud or wrongful admission as SKMA doesn’t authorize them for admissions or marketing of our academy and hence any admissions through them will not be taken up at academy.

The consequences of his actions have been detrimental to our business reputation and have caused irreparable damage to our relationship. We are deeply disappointed by your lack of integrity and professionalism, and we cannot continue to associate our university with such unethical practices.

Furthermore, we intend to blacklist your company & individually you from any future business endeavors. We will inform our international students and relevant countries i.e., Indian authorities about your fraudulent practices to ensure that other students are not subjected to similar losses and reputational damage.
